Junker-Werke, Reich Patent Office

Does anyone know were I can find information on the Reich Patent Office as it pertains to patent of aircraft parts. I am doing research on 32 documents from the Reich
Patent office, Junker-Werke,and U.S. Patent Office between 1932-40.What I can't understand is, If Hitler was secretly building up the Luftwaffe during the Thirtys in
direct violation of the treaty after WWI,Why do I have letters from Junker-Werke to the U.S. Patent Office for Patent's on aircraft parts? Wouldn't this tip off the U.S.?

Tim,

the Junkers company had dring the 30is many other pindustrial partner whos cooperate in for of lizence building of aircrafts (f.e. SAAB in Sweden) or to sell these
different types in their own country.
So is it in USA, Junkers cooperated with John M. Larsen who made a joinventure with Junkers
named Junkers-Larsen Aircraft Cooperation in NY. It was neccessary that Larsen had to own licence from Junkers to built the JL 6 (well known as F13) in America.
I think that is the reason why you find documents of some licence from Junkers Dessaau.

Tim, what kind of licence are they and form what kind of Junkers aircarft belong them.

Greetings,

Alex

Mr. Hohl,
11 of the documents are patent receipts. From what I can tell, one is for a wing design, another for an air brake and so on.One document is from the Air
Ministry, turning down a prototype, and another is also from the Air Minister and is stamped Secret. My German is not all that good, and when I figure out what aircraft
they are for I'll E-Mail you.Maybe you could help me decipher them?
