Info on Engineering Aviation Battalion at Sandhofen sought

Dear Sirs,
again I have a question about the Fliegerhorst Sandhofen. On April 5th 1945 the the US Infantery crossed the Rhine River at Sandhofen and took over the airfield. An Engineering Aviation Battalion was rebuilding the airfield so it could be used again. Now I was searching the net about those Battalions but could not find the one that was rebuilding Sandhofen/Coleman /Y79.!
Can anyone help me?
Thanks very much
Dirk

Hallo zusammen,
Vielen Dank fuer Hilfen
Dirk
