Default Luftgaukommando records

To whom it may concern,
This is the first time I have entered a discussion group of any kind. Consequently, I have no experience whatsoever with the protocol involved. I will give a brief intro as to what I am looking for and hope that someone can provide me with some direction.
I am searching for the German records pertaining to a USAAF B-17 lost on March 14, 1945. The aircraft in question, B-17G, serial number 43-37825J belonged to the 603rd Squadron of the 398th Bomb Group out of Nuthampstead, Station 131.
I have in my possession a partial MACR (#13091) with the typical -I assume- perfunctory information. Additionally, I know the date (March 14, 1945) and the approximate location of the crash site (near Bielefeld, Germany).
Thanks to your website, I have located the pertinent Research Group at NARA (#242), however, I am wondering how I can actually view these records, and if they may be available electronically.
I am interested to see if there exists within the German records any information regarding this aircraft and if there may be an exact location of where it finally came to rest. Additionally, if there is any mention of a crewmwmber named Lt. Leonard W. Snyder. Thank you , Kevin McNall ( kmac2k@yahoo.com )
