Hi all!

This is just something which surfaced when looking something totally different.

In Luftflotte 1 "Tagesmeldungen" * dated March 30th and April 3th, 1944 there is reported 1 Me 110 loss for each day.

According a FinnAF Lfl1 liaison officer report** from the period Me 110 was then used only in close reconnaissance (Nahaufklärung) missions. In 30.3.44 there was flown 11 NAG missions and 3.4.1944 57 NAG missions.

What was this Me 110 unit? It has been bugging me before and now even more when there is documentary evidence Me 110 was indeed used this late.

If someone has data for Me 110 losses for the dates for example from "Personalverluste" I would be very grateful of any additional info. Kennzeichen would be superb (remember, I pretend to be a modeller too) ;=)

Hi!

I have found one loss for 4.(H)/33 listed in the Personalverluste for this unit.

It is listed as a 3(1) meaning one officer two other ranks missing due to enemy action. The loss was reported on April 6th.
