15 Spanische Staffel Fw-190s
I am looking for trustworthy information about the exact versions, camouflage schemes and markings of the Focke Wulf Fw-190A flown by the 15 Spanische Staffel attached to JG 51 "Mölders".
As far as I know they have the Würger from April 21st 1943 to November 25th 1943 while operating in Smolensk, Orsha and Stara-Bychow. Thank you all beforehand. Last edited by Jesus Salazar; 09-29-2011 at 08:21 AM. |

Thank you, I believed also that they had only flown the A-2 and A-3, but I have a photo of one spanish pilot alonside a crashed A-4, I am not sure if that aircraft really "belonged" to that pilot, Lieutenant Jósé Cavanilles Vereterra, or they were only joking, the number "11" is ok to be one of the unit but the scheme also doesn't match.
I have also open a new threat in the "NAMED AREAS OF INTEREST/ Luftwaffe Units & Operations" area to give a little light about the unit. Last edited by Jesus Salazar; 09-30-2011 at 08:48 AM. Reason: Review |
