Okay, I have to admit a bias. Being interested in the advanced German aircraft of WW II, I have developed a similar interest in the jet and rocket types of Japan. I guess I can say that the J8M1 comes from the Me 163 and the Ki-201 from the Me 262. But, then we have the Kikka, Baka, and Ohka, getting us slowly afield from German designs. So, please simply humor me this interesting departure from all things Luftwaffe.
