Default Keele receiving imagery from the UK MoD

The Keele archive have started to get non-UK WW2 imagery from the UK MoD, they are looking at recieving a vast amount of film.

As the MoD archive is not listed as a UK film archive and the UK public Records Act states that imagery over 30 years old must be moved, the MoD are pass the imagery to the Keele archive. This is going to take a number of months before all the film is shipped, then Keele have to sort through it and get it ready for the web, not an easy task when they only have a very small team.

I know the team that is shipping the films and they are moving at full speed to get the imagery to Keele hopefully before 01 Jan 2024.

Then it's up to Keele to get it onto the web...............
