There are to my knowledge no photographic evidence of FW190D equiped with WGr21 but some allied reports analysing wreck found in Belgium and Holland , did mentionned that some machines had the requested cabling to be equiped .

This option is also mentionned in the FW190D9 hand book .

Do not forget that at the time this document was issued (august 1944 sept1944 ) , the german unit used to equiped their machines with such weapons . On example can be II.JG6 that was send in France in August 21th 1944 , with FW190 A8 equiped with 4 mg151 canons ans 2 Wgr21 . Two days latter the outborard canons were deleted as well as the Wgr21 !

All the best
