Abschussanmeldung B-24H 42-7484-1-FO "Sally Ann"

I wish to obtain a copy of the Luftwaffe abschussanmeldung for a B-24H, 42-7484-1-FO, 392nd Bomb Group, 579th Bomb Sq. GC-L , "Sally Ann" , Lt. Stukus crew, Shot down over Waterloo Belgium on 29 January 1944. This aircraft was separated from the Group due to weather, on a raid from Wendling,against Frankfurt am Main. I understand that the pilot jettisoned the bomb load after coming under attack from fighters. As the bombs were armed manually in the H model, they had already been armed, and I would like to find out if any damage occured on the ground. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
