NARA T177 microfilms - Records of the Reich Air Ministry (Reichsluftfahrtministerium)

What is the best way to access these records? Is it all digitized and available online? English translations??

I am interested in these records:

NARA File T-177, Roll 9 (242.4.7) find aid GG13

and 242.9.1 T-321 (covers 1927 to 45?)

IN particular it is about (in German, spelling is questionable):
Ergebniss der Ersprechung zwishen A-Amt und C-Amt am 11. May 1934, betretend taktisch Førderungen und Dringlichkeit der 1 Flugzeugentwicklungs-Aufgaben (Ausgaben?).

'ø' had the 2 dot umlat over a 'o'


I had the basic T-177 number, and a library shed a little more light on the subject, but I have little else to go by, and the NARA did not prove too helpful in finding more details (or needs some kind of membership?).
