I guess it depends what you are asking for. I have gotten responses to questions in a few days.
I think Richard has supplied some info to them as well, and I'm sure he will correct me if I'm wrong. The last comms. I had with them was not too helpful, and the person replying apologized, saying resouces and time were quite stretched. I may just write a letter to the gov't dept. responsible, and see what is up.
