L 37002 (9-10/1944),
A 22109 (9-10/1944),
A 33156 (9-10/1944),
A 14960 or A 14969 (9-10/1944),
L 51207 (9-10/1944).
(In the brackets is the date, whe this Feldpostnumer
was in use by reqired unit.)

L 51207 = Fl.H.Kdtr.E216/VII

Luftwaffen-Feldpostnummern all beginns with the letter "L", the other numbers are not from Lw-units.

the grandfather of friend of mine served during WWII in the German FLAK... my friend would like to find out in wich FLAK unit served his grandfather... all he has is the following Feldpost Nummer:

L30559 LG P.A.
Muenchen 2
10-09-44

This Schwere Flak unit was stationed in Northern Italy... and this soldier was an italian serving in the LW...

On 18.10.43 this FpN was assigned to 1.Battr./schw.Flak-Abt. 256(v) and remained in force until the end of the war. On 20.08.44 schw.Flak-Abt. 256(v) was located in the Savona area under Flak-Rgt. 39. In 1945 it was moved to the Rimini and Bologna area.
